Djaduk Ferianto is a theater and film actor and musician from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He is the youngest child of Bagong Kussudiardja, a famous choreographer and painter. He has been an active collaborator in the Indonesian art scene for decades and has traveled the world. In this colorful interview with Andy Narendra, Djaduk enthusiastically explains the evolution of Indonesian art in order to package the traditional forms of art in a new, modern way.
